Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

With all seals, labels, and tags intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened wellness products, supplements, and consumable items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Depending on your order location and fulfillment center, returns may need to be sent to our designated international return facility listed in your return instructions.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Calmexo is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Delivery Issues
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address entered during checkout, customers may be responsible for the reshipping fee.
If the delivery issue was caused by our fulfillment or shipping partners, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment free of charge whenever applicable.
